Relax Revive Restorative sessions: 45 minutes up to 2 hours
Restorative yoga is a gentle and nurturing practice, which facilitates exploration into breath awareness and mindful movement deep within the body. Through a sequence of slow, considered movements and focused breathing, this practice will help move stagnant energy in the body and release tension. The experience provides a nourishing replenishment for our physical, energetic and emotional well-being. The result - an inspired sense of ease and serenity, which ultimately energizes your body and mind.
Relax Revive Women's Wellbeing sessions: 45 mins up to 2 hours
Nurturing and nourishing, this wholesome session is for women to take time to pause and reflect, breath and be. This session will combine meditative relaxation practices with mindful yoga movement. Spaces are limited to 6 in this supportive session for you. It is suggested you wear warm socks and if organised for the evening, enjoy a nourishing meal before class. This will allow you to return straight home after your experience without distraction to sleep well.

Relax Revive Pre natal yoga: 30 mins up to 2 hours

• Become aware of helpful acupuncture points for nausea reduction and pre birth support
• Learn healthy breathing technique while strengthening the pelvic floor muscles
Relax Revive: Restorative monthly Sunday retreat: 2 hours
In this monthly weekend morning experience, we will explore a combination of active and receptive practices (mindful flowing movement and relaxation) to provide nourishing replenishment for our physical, energetic and emotional well-being.
The intention of this session is to allow each participant to explore greater physical and mental equanimity through mindfully intelligent movement. We will move stuck energy in the body (tension) and inquire effort and surrender with the ebb and flow of sensing, feeling and moving with the breath through a creative fluid form of yoga.
If you cant make a weekly class, this will serve as a energy top up and check in with your internal self. The result - relaxation, an inspired sense of ease and serenity energising you to flow through your next month. There will be time at the end to ask any questions - perhaps about your practice, well-being or technique.
Please have a nourishing breakfast before you come, bring your warm socks and wear layers. Suitable for beginners and pregnancy.
Yin & Acu restore
90 Mins
This session will start with Qi Gong, move into Yin then close with Restorative yoga where Acu points will be provided to deepen relaxation.
Points used will help calm the mind and nervious system, improve digestion, relax breathing.
Meridian flow - For each season; Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter
2 hours - Beautiful handout for each season will be provided for each participant
This session will theme around the present season. The session will start with Qi Gong, move into Yin Yoga teaching Acupressure points along the way. Participants will leave feeling newly informed of the relative meridian system relative to the season we are in and empowered to take home accessible Qi Gong and acupressure to support their ongoing journey of well health.
Acupuncture connection circles
1 hour / Suitable for a group of 5-6
This session will start with some Qi Gong breathing to connect, ignite Qi and ground, then provide space to settle into a restorative position while the circle is worked around to take pulse and tongue diagnosis and provides Acupuncture points (3-5 per person / 15-20 mins for the points).
The intention is to support and make acupuncture accessible. The session can be offered 6 weeks later to check in with energetic cycles, feed forward is welcome, discussion and sharing among participants is encouraged.
Mother - daughter connection circles
1 hour / for mothers and daughters 10+
This session will start with a relaxation, move onto some slow flow yoga then retreat to restorative yoga and self applied acupressure.
The intention of this session is to provide space for mothers and daughters to connect and relax together along the way providing inspiration for home practice and health insight from a holistic perspective.
